B.Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
6 Ground to Overhead (70/40 kg)
12 Burpees Over the BarbellRest
4 minutes, and then…
C.Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
12 Ring Dips
12 Box Jump-Overs (60-50 cm))
