0-10 minutes: 1.600 m Run - Max effort Clean & Jerk ( 60 -40 kg) in remainig time

10-13 Rest

13 -20 minutes: 800 m Run - Max effort Power Snatch (50 -30 kg) in remainig time

20 -24 Rest

24- 30 minutes : 400 m Run - Max effort Thrusters ( 40-25 kg) in remaing time.
