20 sec Handstand hold

10 Good mornings10

 air squats

 Strenght: Deadlift new daily max

Wod: Amrap 20 mins

200 m run / 21 Deadlift ( 100 / 60 kg)

200 m run/ stirct handstand push ups

200 m run /15 deadlift

200 m run/  12strct handstand push ups

200 m run / 9 deadlift

200 m Run / 6 strict hnstnd push uos
