60 sec Barbell side band

60 sec. rest

x 2 sets

Wod: EMOM 20'

Min. 1 a 10':

3-6 Strict Ring dips + Row in the reamining time ( fast transition)

Min. 11 a 20':

6-8 C2b + D.u in the reamning time
