Strenght: 

TNG Snatch doube daily max

TNG Clean + double spit jerk (2+2) daily max

Back squat 5 x 5 sets @ 80% 1rm

Metcon:

20 sec unbroken L-sit

40 sec unbroken chinese Plank

60 sec Barbell side band

60 sec. rest

x 2 sets

Wod: EMOM 20'

Min. 1 a 10':

3-6 Strict Ring dips + Row in the  reamining time ( fast transition)

Min. 11 a 20':

6-8 C2b + D.u in  the reamning time
