Then using an empty barbell:

5 Good Mornings

5 Snatch Grip Push Press

5 Back Squats

5 Overhead Squats

Then:

5 Snatch Grip Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

3 High Hang Jump Shrugs

3 High Hang Muscle Snatches2 High Hang Power Snatches

2 Hang Power Snatches

2 Power Snatches

Strenght: 20 minutes new daily Max Hang Power Snatch

Wod: Isabel

30 Snatch ( 60 -40 kg)

Choose a weight you can do 12-15 unbroken when you are fresh.
