Skill: Deadlft (10')

Strenght: Deadlift ( 30  minutes to find a 3RM)

Wod: AMRAP 10'

On the minute - 5 Deadlift  ( 100 -60 kg)

Wall Ball ( 9-6 kg)

Score is number or Wall Ball shots completed
