DL, Power Clean, Thruster, Snatch Starting with 95/75 add no more than 5kg every 3 minute


25 DL 90-70 kg 25 Power cleans 60-45kg 25 Thrusters 60-35kg 25 snatches 55/30 kg

Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees, no reps count until burpees are finished. 20 min time cap. load bar for easy transitions
