Warm Up: Dynamics & Mobility ( 5 mins)

Skill: Turkish get ups (15 mins)

Wod:

5 minute of:

Burpees

Then, 5 minutes of:

7 deadlift ( 80-60kg)

7 Box Jumps ( 60-50 cm)

Then, 5 minute of:

7 KB Russian Swing ( 20-16 kg)

7 Pull Ups

Ten, 5 minutes of:

7 snatch ( 35 -25kg)

7 push ups

Then 5 minutes of:

Row

Complete as many reps as possible at ech 5 minute station. Rest 1 minute between station.
