TNG Clean + Double split Jerk ( 2+2) daily max

Front squats 5 rep x 5 sets @ 85%

 Wod : EMOM 10'

Odd:  3 Pull Ups+ 3 C2b + 3 T2b

Even: 8 Handstand Push ups

 

EMOM 15'

1: 15 Cal Row

2: 12 Burpees

3: 10 Power Clean ( 60 - 40 kg)
