5 Overhead squat, from ground 50 - 30 kg ( unbroken )

Max Burpees

1 min Rest Between rounds

 

4 sets: In 2 minutes complete:

5 Power Clean   (70-50 kg) (Unbroken)

Max Burpees

 

Score is Weight and TOTAL  Burpees

 

Cash out: 3 Rounds: 20 Hollow Rocks
