Sotto il sole cocente della giornata odierna i nostri ragazzi hanno affrontato i 3 WOD della competizione ben organizzata dal BOX di Pietrasanta.

Tutti erano nel formato AMRAP della durata di 7 minuti ed erano così composti:

1) 10 T2B, 20 wall ball, 30 D.U.

2) 3 GTO 60 Kg log, 100 m  shuffle run

3)  10  Dumbbell Snatch, 3 C2B, 10 Dumbbell Snatch, 6 C2B, ...

Eseguire gli esercizi in riva al mare è stato elettrizzante ma più difficile del previsto.  

Dopo esserci rilassati e premiati con pizza e birra, è il momento di una buona notte di sonno... 

Piccola anticipazione sul WOD di domani... 

Si comincia con 50 Burpees!!!
